Your student’s picture day is about your family, not a data broker. Here is how you view proofs and order, and exactly how we handle your student’s photos — privately, and only with your permission.
What to know
Your photos, your permission
Student photos are never sold. We find your student by name from the school roster — never by their face — and a photo is sellable only when your permission allows.
View and order online
After picture day you get a link to your student’s proofs. Review them at home and order the prints and packages you want, on your own time.
Your photos stay private
Your student’s photos are not sold — a photo is sellable only when permission allows. Finding your student is a roster lookup, not a face match: no face template is made from their photo, and there is no face-matching feature to turn on.
Held only as long as needed
We keep photos to do the work you asked for — picture day, ordering, and the yearbook — and dispose of what is no longer needed on a set schedule. Ask us and we will tell you plainly what we hold.
Sold only with permission
A photo is sellable only when your permission allows it. You stay in control of how your student’s pictures are used.
