How the day runs
Four steps, start to finish

1. Schedule the day
We work with the school office to pick the dates, the rooms, and the flow that fit your bell schedule, so the day runs without disrupting class time.
2. Photograph on campus
Our photographers come to you. Every student is photographed on campus. Photos are never sold — a photo is sellable only when permission allows, and any photo is used only for the school’s own purposes and what each family has permitted.
3. Families review and order
Families review their student’s proofs and order the prints and packages they want. A photo is sellable only when permission allows, and we find their student by name from the school roster — never by their face.
4. Yearbook-ready delivery
The school receives clean, labeled, yearbook-ready portraits and group photos on the timeline you set, ready to drop straight into the book.
