Permission & sales
Whether a photo can be sold or shown is up to you, not us. Here is how permission works in plain language — who controls what, and how to change a choice. A photo is sellable only when permission allows.
How permission works
You stay in control
Selling only ever happens when your permission allows it. Student photos are never sold, and face templates stay inside our own private system.
Permission gates every sale
A photo is offered for sale only when permission allows it. Without permission, your student’s photo is used for the school’s own purposes, like the yearbook, and is not put up for sale.
Parents decide
Parents choose whether their student’s photos can be sold or shown beyond the school’s own use. You can give permission, hold it back, or change your mind later.
Schools set the bounds
Your school tells us how photos may be used for school purposes. We follow that — photos are never used for purposes beyond what the school and families have permitted.
Change a choice anytime
Permission is not a one-time trap. Contact us or your school office to update a choice, and we will apply it going forward.
